NOTICE TO PRESQUE ISLE TOWNSHIP PROPERTY OWNERS

Please be notified that Russell and Kay Young have requested a variance be granted to allow the construction of an addition that would not meet the front setback requirements.  The property is located at 13758 Parallel Ave., Alpena, MI  49707, parcel code number 122-055-000-086-00 and more particularly described as follows:

 Big Gravelly Subdivision, Lots 124,125, and 126

 This property is zoned R-2, Single Family Residential.

 A public hearing will be held on February 6th, 2013 at 7:00 pm at the Presque Isle Township Hall, 12653 E. Grand Lake Rd., Presque Isle, MI 49777, to consider this matter.
